Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain heated apparel items may not be eligible for return once used. Please contact us if you are unsure before purchasing.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
